Welcome to Sell on SellX, the premier eCommerce platform designed to help retailers, suppliers, and stockers maximize their sales through our innovative marketing and advertising strategies. By enrolling in the Sell on SellX program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Registration

1.1 To participate in Sell on SellX, you must be a legally registered business or individual retailer with the right to sell the products you list.
1.2 You must complete the Sell on SellX onboarding process, providing accurate business and product details.
1.3 SellX reserves the right to approve, reject, or request additional verification before listing any products.

2. Fees, Subscription & Services

2.1 A monthly fee of R300 (charged annually as R3600 per year) applies to all Sell on SellX sellers.
2.2 This fee covers:

• Up to 50 product listings per month

• Dedicated support services

• Sales management & strategy

• Marketing & advertising campaigns

• Customer handling & service management

• Product updates & onboarding of new products

• Access to special discounts & promotional benefits

• 2.3 This structure ensures that sellers focus on growing their business while SellX handles sales optimization.

3. Product Listings & Compliance

3.1 All products must comply with South African retail regulations and SellX’s quality and authenticity standards.
3.2 Listings must include accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
3.3 Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, illegal products, or any items violating SellX policies.
3.4 SellX reserves the right to remove any listings that do not meet platform standards.

4. Marketing & Sales Strategy

4.1 SellX employs innovative marketing and advertising to promote listed products, ensuring merchants gain maximum exposure and sales opportunities.
4.2 By joining Sell on SellX, you agree to allow SellX to feature your products in advertisements, email campaigns, and promotions.
4.3 SellX provides various sales-boosting tools, including affiliate marketing, targeted ads, and sponsored product placements.

5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

5.1 Retailers are responsible for ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
5.2 SellX may provide logistics support, depending on the retailer's chosen fulfillment model.
5.3 Order cancellations, returns, and refunds must be handled in accordance with SellX’s policies.

6. Retailer Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

6.1 Retailers must uphold professional business ethics and maintain high customer service standards.
6.2 False advertising, price manipulation, or fraudulent activities will result in account suspension or termination.
6.3 Retailers must respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve disputes fairly.

7. Account Termination & Policy Violations

7.1 SellX reserves the right to suspend or terminate retailer accounts that violate these terms.
7.2 Retailers may request account closure at any time by contacting SellX support.
7.3 All outstanding payments and obligations must be settled before account closure.

8. Amendments & Updates

8.1 SellX reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
8.2 Continued participation in Sell on SellX after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
